Sen Riva is a Registered Nurse and Aesthetic Nurse with over 10 years of nursing experience. Nataly is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Critical Care/Trauma Clinical Nurse Specialist serving patients across California, Arizona, Idaho, Colorado, and Oregon. With more than 13 years of experience in hospitals, 911 systems, and disaster response, she is dedicated to supporting the mental health of first responders and healthcare workers. She also founded the nonprofit Disaster Responder Assets Network and has been widely recognized for her advocacy, education, and peer-support initiatives.
Born in Philadelphia, Dr. Kremer followed in his father’s footsteps to become an Osteopathic Physician. He has over 30 years of experience in integrative, sports, aesthetic medicine and a specialization in stem cells and regenerative medicine.

She served as a Clinical Instructor until 2014 and has worked in Emergency Nursing since 2010. In 2022, she earned board certifications in Gerontological and Medical-Surgical Nursing and completed her MSN in Education.
She currently serves as a Clinical Nurse IV at Stanford Health Care and a Nursing Professor at Chabot College. A champion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, she spearheaded antiracism initiatives for student nurses and received Daisy Award nominations in 2023 and 2024.
